Eligibility
• Only enrolled students of the WINC are eligible to vote.
• Voters must have a valid registered email address in the University's database.

Voting Platform
• Voting will be conducted exclusively on the designated online platform provided by the University.
• Access to the platform requires secure login credentials provided by the University.

Voting Period
• Online voting will be open during the specified date and time announced by the University.

Confidentiality and Security
• All votes are confidential and will not be linked to the voter’s identity.
• Students are responsible for securing their login credentials and not to share with anyone.

One Vote Per Student
• Each student is allowed to cast only one vote.

Technical Issues
• The University is not responsible for technical difficulties arising from the voter’s device or internet connection.
• In case of issues with the voting platform, students should contact the designated support team at elections@boltonac.ae immediately.

Prohibited Activities
• Strict actions will be taken if any form of voter intimidation, vote-buying, or coercion is noticed.
• Unauthorized access or attempts to tamper with the voting platform will be subject to strict disciplinary action.

Results Declaration
• Results will be announced by the Election Committe and that would be final.

Amendments
• The University reserves the right to amend terms and conditions at any time.
